The principle
LogicaOS runs on the customer company's server. Conversations, documents and system memory remain there and do not pass through us: we have no copy, we do not use this material to train any model and we do not share it with third parties.
This policy covers what happens on this site, which is a separate matter.
What this site collects
Only what you enter in the contact form: name and email (required), and, if you choose to provide them, company, role, country, city, phone number, team size, approximate revenue, tools already in use and the problem you want to solve.
The page language and the address of the page from which the form was sent are included, so the conversation starts at the right point.
The site does not use tracking cookies, social media pixels or build profiles of visitors.
Purpose and retention period
For the team to get in touch and prepare the conversation. The record remains in Rovemark's CRM while the negotiation is active and for the period required to meet legal obligations afterward.
Legal basis: your contact request, which is the prior diligence before contracting (LGPD, art. 7, V), and the legitimate interest in responding to someone who contacted the company (art. 7, IX).
Who has access
Rovemark's sales team. Submission also triggers an internal notice so someone sees it the same day. We do not sell or transfer this data.
Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
Write to contato@logicaos.com and the response will arrive within the legal deadline.
Data protection officer
Pedidos sobre dados pessoais chegam ao encarregado pelo e-mail contato@logicaos.com, e a resposta vem no prazo da lei.
Security
The form is transmitted over an encrypted connection, has safeguards against automated submissions and the record is stored in a database with restricted access.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revision date changes with it and the previous version ceases to apply upon publication.
