Who provides LogicaOS

LogicaOS is a product of Rovemark (AMBROSIO COMPANY NEGÓCIOS LTDA, CNPJ 37.465.426/0001-20), which also maintains this site.

Contracting is assisted: there is no self-service. The interested company speaks with the team, the license is issued in its name and the installation is performed on the server it designates.

What the license allows

The license gives the customer company the right to run LogicaOS on its infrastructure, for the term and number of installations agreed in the contract.

The product source code is not assigned, resold or sublicensed, and the package delivered to the appliance is signed: an altered copy is neither updated nor supported.

What the customer company is responsible for

Keeping the server and network under its control, including backup, physical access and the accounts of those who use the system.

Being responsible for what the system does under the rules it defines: LogicaOS executes what its agents instruct, within the configured limits.

Keeping the license key safe. It authorizes installation and updates.

Updates

The appliance fetches signed updates. An update may change product behavior, and the history of changes is recorded in the changelog delivered with the version.

Warranties and limits

The product is delivered working as demonstrated during contracting. There is no promise of business results, because results depend on each company's use, data and decisions.

Failures are handled through the contracted support. Third-party interruptions, including power, internet and model providers, are outside the product's control.

Termination

At the end of the contract, the company stops receiving updates and support. The data remains where it has always been: on its server.

Venue and applicable law

Brazilian law applies, and the venue is the district of the head office of AMBROSIO COMPANY NEGÓCIOS LTDA, CNPJ 37.465.426/0001-20.
